NexaLog ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the NexaLog mobile application.

NexaLog is a parental monitoring application designed exclusively for parents and legal guardians to monitor the WhatsApp online activity of their own minor children. The App tracks WhatsApp online/offline status and provides session analytics.
2. INFORMATION - WE COLLECT
2.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device
All data collected by NexaLog is stored exclusively on your device. We do not operate any servers, databases, or cloud services that collect or store your information.
📱 Contact Information — Names, phone numbers, and profile photos of contacts you choose to track.
📊 Session Logs — Timestamps of when tracked contacts come online and go offline on WhatsApp.
📈 Analytics Data — Total online duration, session counts, peak activity hours, and timeline charts.
⚙️ App Preferences — Language, theme, notification settings, and subscription status.
2.2 WhatsApp Web Session
To enable tracking, NexaLog establishes a connection through WhatsApp Web's official pairing mechanism. This connection:

Operates entirely within your device using an embedded WebView.

Does not transmit any WhatsApp data to external servers.

Does not access, read, or store any WhatsApp messages, media, or conversations.

Only monitors the online/offline status indicator visible on WhatsApp Web.
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

All data processing occurs locally on your device for the following purposes:

4. data storage & securıty
🔒 Local Storage Only — All data is stored on your device using encrypted local storage. No data is ever transmitted to external servers.
🚫 No Cloud Sync — Your data cannot be accessed from any other device.
🛡️ Device Security — Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).
🗑️ Data Deletion — Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all stored data.

5.1 RevenueCat (In-App Purchases)
We use RevenueCat to manage premium subscriptions. RevenueCat processes subscription status, transaction receipts (managed by Apple), and anonymous user identifiers. RevenueCat does not have access to your tracked contacts, session logs, or WhatsApp data. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
5.2 Apple App Store
Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple handles all payment information according to their own privacy policy.
5.3 Expo Notifications
Push notifications are managed through Expo's notification service to deliver online/offline alerts. Only notification tokens and notification content are processed. No personal data is shared.

NexaLog is designed to be used by parents to monitor their minor children. The App is intended for users aged 18 and older (parents/guardians), does not knowingly collect personal information from children, and should only be used to monitor children for whom the user is the legal parent or guardian.
