Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the NexaLog mobile application ("App", "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using NexaLog, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
NexaLog is a parental monitoring application that allows parents and legal guardians to track the WhatsApp online/offline status of their own minor children. The App provides real-time status tracking, session logging, timeline analytics, and push notification alerts.
2. ELIGIBILITY & INTENDED USE
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use NexaLog.
2.2 Authorized Use
✓Parents monitoring their own minor children (under 18)
✓Legal guardians monitoring their legal dependents
✓Users monitoring their own devices and accounts
2.3 Prohibited Use
✕ Monitoring any individual without being their parent or legal guardian
✕ Stalking, harassment, or surveillance of any person
✕ Monitoring a spouse, partner, or adult family member without consent
✕ Monitoring employees, colleagues, or business associates
✕ Any use that violates applicable privacy or surveillance laws
✕ Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App
✕ Attempting to circumvent premium subscription requirements
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of NexaLog complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3.1 Free Version
The free version of NexaLog provides access to demo data only. No real WhatsApp tracking, contact management, or pairing functionality is available without a premium subscription.
3.2 Premium Plans

3.3 Free Trial
🎁 New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial.
• Full premium features are unlocked during the trial.
• No charge is applied during the trial period.
• Cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
• If not cancelled, subscription auto-renews at the selected plan price.
• Free trials are available once per Apple ID.
3.4 Payment & Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
3.5 Cancellation

Manage or cancel your subscription at any time: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

After cancellation, you retain premium access until the end of the paid period.
4. WHATSAPP INTEGRATION
4.1 WhatsApp Web Pairing
NexaLog uses WhatsApp Web's official device pairing mechanism to establish a monitoring connection. You are responsible for maintaining the session. We do not guarantee uninterrupted tracking availability.
4.2 Independence
NexaLog is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.
4.3 Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the tracking service will be available at all times. Service may be interrupted due to WhatsApp platform changes, device connectivity issues, operating system updates, or app maintenance.
5. DATA & PRIVACY
All data is stored exclusively on your device. We do not operate servers or cloud storage. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for data loss due to device damage, loss, theft, app uninstallation, or operating system resets.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, and functionality of NexaLog — including design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and code — are owned by NexaLog and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, ACCURACY OF TRACKING DATA, OR COMPATIBILITY WITH FUTURE WHATSAPP UPDATES.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexaLog from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, violation of any applicable law, or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms, prohibited use, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
